Official Rules

Genpop Interactive, Inc. (the “Company”) is providing a free rewards program (“Rewards Program”) during its playtesting period subject to the terms and conditions herein.

• No purchase is necessary to enter the Rewards Program.
• ENTRY ELIGIBILITY:  All participants in the Rewards Program must: (i) be at least 18 years of age as of the date upon which the Game Points (as defined below) are redeemed, (ii) a legal resident of the United States or Canada; (iii) not be employed by the Company; and (iv) adhere to all applicable laws and behave appropriately or in a manner consistent with fair and honest play (the “Criteria”). Any participant who does not meet these Criteria shall be disqualified from the Rewards Program, and the Company reserves the right to remove or add participants in its sole discretion. All participants must be able to provide proof of identification and eligibility if requested by the Company.
• PARTICIPATION: Players can choose to participate in the Rewards Program, pursuant to these terms and conditions, by redeeming Game Points (as defined below) for Prizes (as defined below). By participating in the Rewards Program, each participant agrees the participant meets the Criteria and agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.
• OBTAINING TOKENS: Players will be able to obtain points based on the results of each game (“Tokens”) during the playtesting period starting on February 6, 2025. At the end of each game, a display will let players know how many Tokens the player has earned. Players will be able to accumulate Tokens during the Company’s playtesting period, which the Company may extend or terminate in its sole discretion.
• PRIZES: The Company may offer certain prizes from time to time and in its sole discretion (“Prizes”). Such Prizes will be listed on the PC game client. All Prizes are for a limited time, while supplies last, and provided on a first-come, first-served basis. Quantities of each Prize may be limited. Prizes are subject to change, alteration, substitution or termination by the Company in its sole discretion at any time. All Prizes are non-transferable, have no cash value (unless required by law) and cannot be sold, returned or exchanged for Game Points, cash, another Prize or gift card unless pursuant to a specific offer by the Company. The Company is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged Prizes. The participant is solely responsible for any taxes incurred relating to the receipt of Prizes. Prizes can only be shipped to addresses in the United States or Canada. The Rewards Program is not sponsored by or affiliated with any of the non-Company product brands being offered as Prizes.
• LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:  By entering this Rewards Program, to the fullest extent permitted by law, participants waive all right to, and hold the Company harmless from, any claim, liability, loss, damage (including punitive, incidental, and consequential damages), or expense (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in connection with participation in this Rewards Program or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any Prize. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO SOME PARTICIPANTS. The Company will not be responsible for: late, incomplete, or incorrect entries; a participant’s failure to receive notices due to participant’s spam, junk e-mail, or other security settings or for participants’ provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information; technical, hardware, or software malfunctions, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, inaccurate, incomplete, garbled, or delayed electronic communications whether caused by the sender or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or used in this Rewards Program; by any human error which may occur in the processing of the entries in this Rewards Program; or any typographical, technological, or other error in the publishing of the offer, administration of the Rewards Program, or announcement of the Prizes. If, in the Company’s opinion, there is such an error, or there is any suspected evidence of tampering with any portion of the Rewards Program, or if technical difficulties (including viruses and bugs) compromise the integrity of the Rewards Program, the Company reserves the right to, in its sole discretion, cancel or modify this Rewards Program in a manner deemed appropriate by the Company. 
• CHOICE OF LAW AND FORUM: Participants agree that all matters arising out of or relating to this Rewards Program and these Official Rules are governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of California, without giving effect to any of its conflict of laws provisions thereof. Participant further agrees that any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or relating to this Rewards Program and these Official Rules shall be brought exclusively in the applicable federal or state courts located in Los Angeles, California.
• PRIVACY: All information submitted with accepting an invitation is subject to the Privacy Policy stated on genpopinteractive.com/privacy.
